Rooms at Hotel Russo Palace are well-maintained and comfortable, making you feel at home during your stay. The cozy atmosphere and thoughtful touches like pillow menus and laptop-compatible safes add an extra level of convenience. As a guest, I truly enjoyed the comfort and attention to detail in these rooms.

While the rooms are fantastic, I personally found the bidets in the bathrooms to be unnecessary. However, I understand that some guests may still appreciate this feature.

The Russo Palace Hotel was very much in line with our ideas and interests. 5 days of sun, sea and Venice so close. Every day, sleeping peacefully, strengthened by a good breakfast, taking full advantage of the vaporetto and enjoying the culture and flair of the lagoon city.

The view to Venice is magnificent and the hotel is simply enchanting.

The Hotel Russo Palace was the perfect place for a romantic weekend getaway in Venice. The historic villa had a partner wellness center, ideal for some relaxing and pampering with my wife. Located in a perfect spot, it was easy to reach the golf club and main public transportation hubs. We enjoyed exploring the nearby area and even indulged in a game of golf. The hotel also offered entertainment options with their digital programming, perfect for winding down in the evenings.

My wife says that it would have been great if there were more activities specifically designed for children.

There were three of us. The room was too small. No fixtures in the bathroom... Poor breakfast.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the convenient location near the ferry terminal and the easy access to water taxis and bus services. The hotel's proximity to the beach and the option to rent bikes for exploring the island were also great. The staff members, including Sabrina, Lisa, Franca, and Irene. The hotel had a perfect balance of professionalism and hospitality.

Felt like our own home, nothing to complain about.

The location of the hotel directly at the canal was great. Parking spaces are available directly next to the hotel in a side street. Vaporetto station reachable in a few minutes. Reception is 24 hours a day. Breakfast was very good. Hotel has a lift.

We had a wonderfully romantic getaway at this hotel. The view from the balcony was breathtaking, perfect for watching the sunset while sipping on some prosecco. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. The location was also ideal, just a short walk from the beach and easy to access the water bus to explore the city. Plus, the room was spotlessly clean.

That the bathroom was a bit small, making it difficult to move around comfortably. the temperature in the room was a bit warm and we had trouble keeping it cool.

Breakfast - stock is not replenished, if cone close to 10 many things missed ... Conditioner is very weak

The location was perfect, away from the hustle and bustle of all the tourists. Room was small but cosy, and had a lovely view from the skylight. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Thank you for a lovely stay.

The room was large and tidy. The breakfast was good.

The floor in our room was freezing! Didn't like having to pay to use the internet.

The hotel has a great location near the lagoon and is in a quiet neighbourhood. The room was clean and comfortable, with a good breakfast selection. Tea and coffee-making facilities were provided in-room.

The decor was outdated and the bathroom was not properly cleaned.
